You have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days from the delivery date and be refunded for the price of the purchased item. The merchandise should be returned within 14 days from the reception date. The goods can be returned for refund or replacement only once. 

Merchandise should be returned in the original package/box to guarantee a safe shipment. We suggest to our Clients to write their address outside the box in order to recognize the shipment. We won’t accept damaged boxes.

To return merchandise, we’d like you to apply the following instructions:

1. Returned merchandise has to be intact. Twenty-Twenty Srl has the right to evaluate the merchandise condition. If the merchandise is damaged from the buyer, Twenty-Twenty Srl won’t issue a refund for the damaged merchandise.

2. The merchandise has to be returned to Twenty-Twenty Srl within 14 days from the delivery date.

3. We ask you to indicate the articles returned and enclose the receipt attached to the order form at issue.

4. The shipping cost is fully covered by the client. In case of shipping outside Europe, please specify on the customs declaration if the article is defected. In addition, returned items has to be returned without any commercial value.  The client has to be able to provide proof of delivery.

5. Once the merchandise has been returned and verified based on the above descriptions, the refund will be issued to the credit card used for the order, or a bank wire. We ask to wait 14 days for the refund to be processed.

6. Once the return has been received, the refund will be done within 14 days.

7. The above described procedures have to be stated by email to the address contact@savemybag.it prior the above process, Twenty-Twenty Srl will provide the client with the shipping address for the return. No returns are accepted without previous authorization from Twenty-Twenty Srl.
